The Uno is ideal for whitwater kayak/canoe racing, Slalom, surf lifesaving, freestyle kayaking and rafting. The low-profile shell is constructed from stiff, high-impact Ralvek thermoplastic. High density, low-profile closed-cell EVA foam is used to dissipate impacts and does not absorb water. Other features include foam vent inserts for cold weather, durable Dacron webbing, top quality contoured Nexus buckle, locking side divider and stainless-steel chinstrap rivets. Durable lead-free paint finish allows application of decals and adhesive mounts.
AQ Outdoors does not recommend the Uno helmet for general paddle sports use.
