At AQ Outdoors, we are committed to providing our USA customers with the best possible shipping experience. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, while ensuring that all products are delivered to you in excellent condition.

The rates above cover the bulk of the accessories we stock.

There are certain brands and oversize items that we are unable to ship to the USA at this time. These include (though are not limited to: Kayaks, Canoes, Trailers, Rack Systems and more

At times we may ship product direct from the manufacturer to ensure the delivery process is as quick as possible.

NOTE: Some remote/localized areas may incur additional charges, if rates vary you will be contacted by an AQ Outdoors staff member.

Oversize Shipping/Handling Charges

Paddlesports

Within our Paddlesports department we have a number of categories that are considered oversize.  Please see the table below for further details. The table below is for reference purposes and certain items may vary slightly from the price listed below.

  • Paddles and other oversize items are shipped by USPS or Courier and are delivered to your home

Splitboards/Winter Products

Splitboards are considered oversize and will incur extra shipping/handling charges

  • All Splitboards shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel
  • Boards arrive in most areas within 3 - 6 business days

Racks & Trailers

At this time, roof racks and accessories are not available to ship into the USA.

Items Damaged in Shipping

We work with our fulfilment partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your item(s). Unfortunately there is a rare occurence where packages and/items are damaged in shipping. If you do happen to receive an item that is damaged, please do the following:

  1. Accept the package
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging BEFORE opening if at all possible.
  3. Take photos of any damage to the item(s)
  4. Email us immediately at info@aqoutdoors.com with the images and a description of the damages.

From there we will process the request and will reply promptly with next steps. For smaller items shipped by courier/or postal service, we will likely replace or refund the item.

For larger items such as kayaks, the process may be less linear as the freight companies are ultimately responsble for damagesto items in transit. The AQ Outdoors team, in any situation will work with you to get a fair resolution. 

Processing/Shipping Times

We will do everything we can to ship in stock items to you within 24 hours of order receipt.  Transit times above refer to business days, weekends and holidays are NOT included in this calculation.

Any items that are shipping direct from our warehouses or are back ordered will be shipped to you within 10 business days.  If this is not possible you will be contacted by a AQ Outdoors staff member to inform you of time frames, plan of attack etc.
