This video is intended as an intro to how to do the roll or as a way for more experienced paddlers to improve or make their current roll more reliable.
The video isn't meant to replace professional instruction, rather it is a resource to help understand the dynamics of the roll and to help improve an existing roll OR to help new paddlers visualize the steps.
