We stand behind the gear and brands we sell. However, sometimes things slip through the cracks, and manufacturing issues occur. If you purchase a product from AQ Outdoors and it fails to perform, please use the guide below and we’ll work through the process with you.
Manufacturer’s warranty terms and periods vary, so our experienced staff will guide you through the process and come up with a solution.
All shipping costs for warranty items are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the manufacturer covers the cost.
