They use a combination of automated and hand labor to deliver a quality product at a competitive price point. These boats are fully 3 dimensional and offer most realistic performance ever found in a Foamie Boater. They feature the same handmade bodies (Mini bodies are a bit smaller but are made the same way) and heads as his wooden Foamie Boaters. Boats are individually 3D Printed out of high quality American made PetG filament. Now featuring a urethane automotive clear coat on all plastic boat hulls. All assembly is done by hand to ensure a quality product. Designed to hold up to the abuses of Foamie Boating! These are not your typical flimsy plastic toy, and are made to last.
