Start with a standard colour option or go fully custom. From there, modify the available features for your chosen suit and add optional upgrades or extras to create the perfect setup for your paddling style.
Step 3: Sizing
Finish your build by selecting a standard size or entering your measurements using Kokatat's sizing calculator. Need help? Visit us in-store and our team can assist with measurements and fit recommendations before you place your order.
Step 4: Submit Your Order
Once your custom design is complete, select "Buy From Dealer" and download the PDF summary of your build. Email the PDF to AQ Outdoors for assistance, or send it to us after placing your order so we can help ensure everything is correct before production begins.
The Hydrus Icon Dry Suit is built for paddlers who want serious dry suit performance, durability, and comfort in a custom men’s fit. Designed around Kokatat’s proven rear-entry Icon platform, this Hydrus version uses waterproof-breathable Hydrus 3.0 fabric with reinforced Hydrus Tough panels in high-wear areas.
AQ Outdoors does not accept returns or exchanges on customized dry suits. Custom suit orders can't be modified or cancelled once submitted to Kokatat. Orders for custom suits ship 4-5 weeks from order date.
