NRS Advantage 2pc Oar Shaft

The Advantage 2-Piece Oar Shaft blends superior strength and comfort with ease of transport, giving boaters the option of a two-piece shaft with locking ferrule. Sized for easy transport be it plane, heli, or pick-up and storage on the boat or at home.

• Aerospace grade aluminum tubing core and an ergonomic rubber cushioned indexing handle deliver superior strength and comfort.
• Heavy-duty construction, with double-wall reinforced aluminum tubing.
• Protective low-friction exterior polyethylene sheath increases durability and enhances glide for more efficient strokes.
• Heat tested to prevent material migration within the polyethylene blended shaft.
• Ergonomic handle features a rubber-cushioned palm swell to reduce hand fatigue.
• Indexing thumb contour on the handle allows you to quickly orient the oar blade by feel, keeping your focus and eyes on the line.
• Ferrule system utilizes a stainless-steel pin to secure both sections of the shaft together. For best performance, wash the joint with clean water after each use.
• Compatible with NRS blades (Helix, Advantage), Carlisle Outfitter blades, and Cataract blades (Cataract, Cutthroat, Magnum, Streamline).
