SUSTAINABILITY PROMISE AND INITIATIVES

LEVEL SIX COMMITMENT

At Level Six, they understand the importance of conserving our watersheds and
giving back to our communities. Our actions today affect future generations,
and they take this responsibility seriously. Level Six has introduced several
sustainability initiatives that we are incredibly proud of. They acknowledge that
our industry is far from perfect, so this is just the beginning and they have big
aspirations for the future. Level Six know that actions speak louder than words and we
are dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment.

Addressing our industries dirty little secret

100%Recycled Nylon and PFC/PFAS/PFOS Free Dry Wear

All Level Six' waterproof, breathable fabrics are made of 100% recycled nylon and
are PFAS-free. This includes their fabric, membrane, and DWR on all of our
exhaust fabrics.

PFAS or long chain forever chemicals have been the standard for durable water
repellency for outdoor garments. They are also our industry's dirty secret.

These toxic chemicals never break down and growing research shows the
overwhelming health and environmental problems that they cause. Level Six has been
working incredibly hard and has finally eliminated PFAS.

The Level Six team is incredibly proud of this achievement and of continuing to hold themselves to the highest environmental standard. They are also not alone in striving for this goal and are excited to be joined by the other industry partners in this sustainability
milestone.

This is another step on Level Six' sustainability journey, with much more work to come

repair services

It's impossible to undo the years of overconsumption and waste that have brought us to this critical point. As a company, Level Six is doing its best to change, but the most effective thing we can all do is to invite you to join them in maintaining gear rather than simply replacing it.

Whether it's at home, at a local repair shop, or with us, repair and maintain
your gear.

Limiting consumption and making your gear last is the first step in
making a difference. Level Six products are made to last, and we're here to ensure
that.

CURRENT INITIATIVES

RECYCLED & RECYCLABLE PACKAGING

The amount of single-use plastic and waste in the retail industry is staggering. At Level Six, they continually strive to find ways to minimize our use of single-use plastic packaging. They use 100% recycled cardboard for individually wrapped items, single bag liners for bulk shipments, and rolled clothing items tied with twine or casual apparel. It is their perpetual goal to mitigate our impact on our natural environment and lead the water sports industry toward a brighter and more environmentally sustainable future.

PETROLEUM FREE NEOPRENE

Level Six currently uses limestone-based neoprene in their Jericho and Sombrio line of products and is committed to moving petroleum-based new products in their line up to more eco-friendly options.

DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER CARBON-NEUTRAL SHIPPING

For every order Level Six receives, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of their revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon Level Six shipments have created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.

1% FOR WATERSHED CONSERVATION

As a company and as an industry leader, Level Six recognizes that they have a responsibility to conserve our watersheds for all to enjoy. They take 1% of their direct retail sales and donate it to watershed conservation organizations across North America. They know that freshwater is our most precious resource, and it is their duty to preserve and cherish the environment for the health and well-being of this planet. Our livelihood depends on having clean and navigable waterways to explore and experience
