WARRANTY POLICY
We stand behind the gear and brands we sell. However, sometimes things slip through the cracks, and manufacturing issues occur. If you purchase a product from AQ Outdoors and it fails to perform, please use the guide below and we’ll work through the process with you.
Manufacturer’s warranty terms and periods vary, so our experienced staff will guide you through the process and come up with a solution.
All shipping costs for warranty items are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the manufacturer covers the cost.

While our staff are super knowledgeable and helpful, it's often easier and faster to get in touch with the origional product supplier for many warranty concerns. Please use the following links to submit your warranty request directly with the supplier or manufacturer.

If you were unable to submit your claim directly with the manufacurer using the links above, please use the following form submission link to get your warranty started. We processes warrranty claims each Wednesday and will get in contact with you as soon as we have begun your work on your claim.

La garantie du fabricant est une garantie accordée à l'acheteur d'un produit. Ses termes assurent le remplacement ou la réparation du produit, si nécessaire, pendant une période déterminée après l'achat.
La garantie du fabricant couvre généralement son acheteur initial pendant la période spécifiée.
Aucune garantie n'est donnée pour les défauts causés par une mauvaise utilisation, l'usure normale, les rayures, les accidents, les modifications ou les réparations.
