CHOOSING A PFD

Choosing the right life jacket, or PFD, for paddling is super important. There are two main types: high back and low back. Make sure it fits snugly but lets you move easily. Some are made just for ladies, and there are even inflatable ones! If you can, try them on in the store to find the comfiest fit.
